This special cuvée is produced only in exceptional years from Grands and Premiers Crus grapes, a portion of which is vinified in barrels. These grapes are selected for their aptitude to develop after vinification, blending and ageing a unique character and finesse. Around 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir.
Brut Reserve
This cuvée is an harmonious blend of the three champagne grape varieties from some thirty different crus: Chardonnay (30%) chosen for its floral bouquet and elegance, Pinot Noir (55%) selected for its finesse and structure and Pinot Meunier (15%) for its fruit and roundness. To which is added reserve wines kept in vats from the two previous harvests (about 20%). Only the purest juice, from the first pressing (cuvée), is selected.
Brut Rose
This Rosé is produced based on the traditional methode champenoise. The light color is obtained by blending a small proportion of red wine from champagne with the traditionnal "vins clairs" (still white wines). It is dominated by Pinot Noir for its finesse (about 50% of which 8% is vinified in red), combined with 30% of Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay
